About Us
The founder of the company, Mr Tommy Yim Yu Kwong, is a qualified quantity surveyor with extensive experience in the Hong Kong construction industry. Before establishing the company, he has worked in established developers, consultant quantity surveying firms, contracting companies, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government policy bureau and works department. He is also a registered cost engineer in Mainland China; consultant of the Policy Research Centre of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction, China; Invited Director of the China Engineering Cost Association; and a Dispute Resolution Advisor of the Hong Kong Architectural Services Department/Hong Kong Construction Association.
In the past few years, Mr Yim has been invited by government departments and professional associations of the Mainland China to give presentations in various cities on international project cost management techniques. These cities include Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu, Chongqing, Changsha, Jinan, Taiyuan, Lanzhou, Nanning, Guangzhou, & Harbin.

公司创办人严汝江先生是一位专业工料测量师，在香港建筑界拥有多年丰富的工作经验。在创立本公司前，严先生曾任职香港大型发展商、顾问工料测量师公司、承包商及香港特别行政区政策科及工务部门。严先生亦是中国内地注冊造价工程师、中国住房及城乡建设部政策研究中心顾问、中国建设工程造价管理协理特邀理事、及香港建筑署/建造商会工程纠纷解决顾问。
过往几年，严先生曾多次被内地建设管理部门及专业协会邀请到各省市介绍国际建设工程造价管理方法, 包括北京、上海、天津、成都、重庆、长沙、济南、太原、兰州、南宁、广州及哈尔滨市。
