香港民政事务局局长嘉许状
Mr Tommy Yim, the founder and Director of our company, was appointed in January 2007 by the Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited as a consultant member of the Project Steering Committee for the redevelopment project of the Institute. This HK$1.8 billion project is funded by the Hong Kong government and was the competition venue for the Equestrian Events of the 2008 Beijing Olympic. The Home Affairs Bureau is the policy Bureau for the redevelopment project. Mr Yim advises the Committee on the selection and management of the project consultants and the cost and contractual aspects of the project.
On 15 December 2009, The Secretary for Home Affairs awarded a Certificate of Commendation and a Commendation Badge to Mr Yim, as recognition of his contributions to the development of the Hong Kong sports and recreational activities, through his outstanding service in the Steering Committee.
本公司创办人及董事严汝江先生在2007 年１月被香港体育学院有限公司委任为该学院重建项目督导委员会的顾问成员。该重建项目的18亿元港币费用是由香港政府负责，并为2008年北京奥林匹克运 动会马术比赛场地。香港民政事务局为该重建项目的专责政策局。严先生为督导委员会提供拣选及管理项目顾问公司及项目合同与造价管理的专业意见。
香港民政事务局局长于2009年12 月15日颁授嘉许状及嘉许襟章予严汝江先生，藉以表扬严先生通过其在督导委员会的出色表现，为香港的康乐及体育活动发展作出的卓著贡献。

香港房屋委员会感谢状
In January 2009, Mr Tommy Yim was appointed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority as the Dispute Avoidance Advisor for its Integrated Contract for the Construction of Public Rental Housing Development Project at Kai Tak Site 1B. The contract value is about HK$3billion. Mr Yim advised the project team during the pre-contract stage on the means to prevent contractual disputes from occurring during the course of the contract.
At its Experience Sharing Workshop on 23 November 2009, the Hong Kong Housing Authority awarded a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr Yim, for his participation in the project.
严汝江先生在2009 年１月被香港房屋委员会委任为该委员会位于启德1B工地之综合公共出租房屋发展项目的预防纠纷顾问。项目总值约港币30亿元。 严先生负责在项目前期阶段及招标文件制订期间提供预防合同纠纷在施工期间发生的方法。
